Understanding the Commercial Inspection Proposal Process

Step One: We kindly ask to fill out the request form. This allows us to get a basic understanding of your inspection needs.

 

We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving the request form to review your inspection expectations and to confirm details of what your needs are.

 

Step Two: A proposal will be drawn up and sent to you in a timely manner. After your review, if there are changes or adjustments that need to be made, these will be done at this time.

Step Three: Once the proposal has been approved by you, signed and received - an inspection time and date will be set.

 

Our scheduling system will advise you via text and/or email of any important tasks or information needing your attention.

 

Payment for the inspection is expected in full prior to the start of the inspection.

 

Depending on the scope of the inspection, reports are usually sent to you within 24 hours. If additional time or information is needed, this will be communicated.
